Yes. Go to setup > Quotation management > Questionnaire Ranking Visible to Vendor? this option has to be enabled to see the ranking on the Vendor Portal for Questionnaire.

Can we set all approval mandatory in Questionnaire ?

Yes. We have the option to set all approval as mandatory for Questionnaire.

Go to setup > Quotation management > All Approval Mandatory In Questionnaire ? this option has to be enabled from the setup and after that the Approval mandatory function will work.
