If the accounts and finance module is not subscribed by the user then it is suggested to create the dummy account from the “Account Code” menu and map that dummy account in “Product Account Mapping”. The dummy account creation/ mapping can be done only after confirmation on mail by the client for which the TYASuite is going to Implement.

The use of ‘Category’ selected in Product Master creation is for categorizing the products and for reporting purposes only. The functionality of ‘Category’ is to provide access of products for different menus i.e. Raise a PR, Direct PO, and Direct Invoice, based on its mapped category from the CCPM Menu.
