Yes, Go to the Setup > PO Tab > Is PR No. visible in PO PDF ? enable this option to show the PR numbers in PO PDF.
Go to setup > PO Tab > Is New Product Add Icon Visible(Normal PO) enable this option and after that the Add new product icon will be visible in Normal PO.
