Yes, We can restrict that. If we do not want to show the PR on the close PR page for those the PO is done.
Go to setup > PR will not come on close PR if PO is done. This option has to be enabled.
If the approver has been set from the "set approval limit V2" page then please check the employee cost centre mapping for which you have set the PR approver. So Employee cost center mapping has to be done first after that only the approver name will come in Raise PR page.
