Yes. Go to setup > Invoice Tab > While Raising A INVOICE Product Description Editable ? this option has to be enbale after that the description can be editable while raising the invoice.
Go to company setup - Invoice tab -"Is cost centre project in invoice ?" option has to be enabled then the Project name will come on this page according to the cost centre.
