The info message “No Direct Invoice Product Mapped For this location. Map First in Cost Center Product Mapping” while selecting Cost Center and the Vendor in “Raise Direct Invoice”?

Here, we need to check whether Cost Center is mapped to Product and Vendor as well.
Go to the “Cost Center Product mapping V2” screen either via search in Menu Box/ Search Dropdown.
Search the required Cost Center and map the product category, Direct Invoice and Direct Invoice Limit, and the required Vendor.
Once done, click on the Raise Direct Invoice in the Search dropdown. In this way, one can easily raise Direct Invoice.

System is not importing/ taking the product name/code mentioned in the import file of the Product Master, PO, Sales Order, and Sales Invoice screen.

Ans. Please check you are uploading the prescribed import format downloaded from the system. While downloading the import format, two files will get downloaded. The 1st file is an Instruction on "how to fill the import template file"; The 2nd file is the data file that should be filled and uploaded. (Don't fill/ upload the instruction file). 'Product Name' is not required to mention in the import file system will take the product's name based on the 'Product Code' only.
