There are two ways to fetch the Vendor in recurring invoices.

i]- Vendor Master
ii]- CVPPM mapping

Go to setup > Recurring invoice Tab > In Recurring Invoice Vendor Will Come From :- select the radio button to fetch the Vendor from where you want to show.
