Go to setup > Recurring invoice Tab > Is Add Product Icon Visible In Update Invoice?
to show the draft button for recurring invoice. Go to setup > Recurring invoice Tab > Draft Invoice Button Visible in Recurring Invoice. Enable this toggle and then the draft button will come on recurring invoice page to draft the recurring invoice.
