Go to setup > Recurring invoice Tab > Conversion Rate Editable In Update Invoice?. This option has to be enabled and after that the conversion rate will be editable.
Go to setup > Recurring invoice Tab > In Recurring Invoice Payment Mode Visible. This toggle has to be enabled and after that the payment mode can be seen on the recurring invoice page.
