Go to setup > Recurring invoice Tab > File Upload Mandatory ? this option has to be enabled, Once enabled the the upload file option will be mandatory for recurring invoice.
Go to setup > Recurring invoice Tab > Allow Duplicate Products ? this option has to be enabled, Once enabled then the duplicate products will be allowed on the recurring invoice page.
